Furnace Maintenace Checklist
	• Check filter- can light be seen through the filter • Heat exchanger check- visual cracks, flames wavering, rollout • Clean the unit inside and out, must look good • Check the belt, look for cracks • Oil the bearings and the motor if applicable • Make sure the limits are good, disable blower/trip test • Check gas manifold pressure against sticker (Pulse nat 2” LP 5-6”) • Check/vacuum/blow out the burners • Check the heat anticipator setting • Check venting for improper slope/lengths. 90s=5’ 45s=2.5’ • Change air flapper on pulse, run unit at least 5minutes • Check the temperature rise over the unit to specs • Condensing furnaces clean/blow out condensate drain/no copper • Zone systems: each zone must open and close verify air flow • Harmony 2 systems, remove VSP-3 jumper remove • Cycle unit from the thermostat after all done!
