Air Conditioning Maintenance Checklist
• Check contactor for pitts and burns
• Check indoor temperature drop
• Check and record both the high and low pressure
• Check and record both the liquid and suction line temperatures
• Check and record compressor amps/volts/ohms to ground
• Check indoor filters to see if they are clean
• Check and record the condenser fan amps
• Look for oil spots/possible refrigerant leaks
• Check belt where applicable
• Check/tighten wiring connections
• Record overall condition of the unit, rust/wear
• Check fan cycle settings- On 225-250- Diff 50-75
• Record Model and Serial number
• Oil the condenser fan if applicable
• Check if unit has crankcase heater
